Reclamation Project Notes
The Management Training Facility has been abandoned since James Marcus's death in 1988. Umbrella undertook a project to reclaim the facility and bring it back under operation. Supplies and human resources were to be divided into two batches and sent in but the lead group was exterminated by a B.O.W.
The special forces unit sent in to investigate were also caught by surprise and taken down by the leeches. The leaders of the Reclamation Project were Albert Wesker and William Birkin.
