Richard Aiken

Biography

Richard is Bravo Team's back-up man, aka BUM, and a specialist with the shotgun. As S.T.A.R.S. only communications expert, Richard holds a very important position in the unit. During field missions he often has to rely messages to headquarters for both Alpha and Bravo Team, as the former does not have a trained operator in its midst.

At the moment, one of his duties is taking care of Rebecca Chambers, the latest recruit. Owing to a childhood tragedy, Richard takes his assignment very seriously and is highly protective of her. Apart from showing daily routines and guiding the rookie through S.T.A.R.S. field work, he is always there to lend support, share advice and reassure her when things get difficult.

Despite his age, Richard has a large amount of combat experience, which helps him to stay remarkably calm in the face of danger. He cares deeply for his team-mates and will not hestitate to put his own life on the line to keep them out of harm's way, a trait earning him much respect from everyone. He has a girlfriend, Bridgette, whom he loves very much.
