Jill Valentine

Biography

Formerly a member of the bomb squad in the U.S. army, Jill has been trained to stay calm and collected under extreme conditions. Unusually, for a woman, she also completed special training with the Delta Force, which made her a superior marksman, ready to take on the dangerous foes in any situation. She has been a part of the S.T.A.R.S. core since its very inception, saved many operatives from danger in the past and is currently a highly respected member of Raccoon City's Alpha Team.

Jill has thin, nimble fingers, which have enabled her to become a very competent piano player. It also gives her an innate knack for opening simple locks with standard picking tools - a skill that earned her the title of "Master of Unlocking" from the other S.T.A.R.S. members. She is a talented young woman, thorough and full of life, but sometimes a bit too impulsive. Although sporting a tough exterior most of the time, she does have a softer side that surfaces every now and then.

Like Chris Redfield, Jill is full of ideals and principals and has a strong sense of right and wrong. During missions, the two are almost always on the same wavelength and consequently perform remarkably well in tandem. Something which will prove crucial to surviving the nightmare they are about to face while investigating the whereabouts of Bravo Team, who earlier vanished into thin air.
