ALICE ABERNATHY
Alice had been able to successfully avoid Umbrella's satellite grid for years. After her escape from the San Francisco facility (as seen in RE:
Apocalypse) she had been on the run for a while with the others until they got split up. Under Dr Isaacs's control she took Angie to the Detroit
facility and killed her. She realised she was a danger to other people and now instead of helping them, she would have to avoid everyone. She hated
Isaacs with a vengeance for what he had done to her, made her do and essentially forcing her to go off the grid and away from the only people in the
world she could allow herself to trust.
Isaacs thinks that Alice is his magnificent creation although he admits that he did indeed fear her. He was desperate to control her but her mental
capabilities were far too strong and Isaacs knew he would never be able to contain her and so the next best thing was to kill her. Her blood was vital to
his research and it would be preferable to have her killed in order for him to obtain it. Isaacs thought that Project Alice was the future but his
secret Project Tyrant had proved that that was where the real power was, Project Tyrant was the future.
CHAIRMAN WESKER
Shortly after the Raccoon incident when it was apparent that the infection had not been contained, it was Isaacs who recommended to Wesker that they should all relocate to the various underground bunkers they had around the globe to which Wesker agreed. However, after years of living underground, losing Project Alice and research that was going nowhere, Wesker was beginning to lose faith in Dr Isaacs. Isaacs felt that Wesker was no more than a pretentious ass who didn't quite understand how Science worked. Isaacs refused to give timetables for accomplishments that has no bearing on reality just to please Wesker. Isaacs disliked having to answer to Wesker and as far as he was concerned, a higher authority would not stand in his way of attaining his goals.
ALEXANDER SLATER
Slater is second in command of the Science Division and infact supposed to be Isaacs's right hand man, however, Isaacs treats him with nothing other than contempt. Isaacs was certain that Slater was reporting to the Committee behind his back instead of reporting to him and so led him to believe that Slater was infact spying on him. Therefore, he had to watch what he said in Slater's presence as he didn't wish to give Slater more ammunition. Slater feels that Isaacs is just an arrogant hack with delusions of grandeur and although there were several times when Slater should have reported him for various things, he instead prefered to let him dig his own grave.
WHITE QUEEN
Dr Isaacs's relationship with the White Queen, the artificial intelligence who was the next grade upgrade from the Red Queen might not be apparent in the movie although I'm sure most people noticed the sarcasm in her voice when she reminded Dr Isaacs of Alice escaping from the Detroit facility. However, in the novelization of the movie, we discover that Dr Isaacs considers her to be an annoyance and winces at the mere sound of her voice. He's an old fashioned scientist who prefers computers that don't have personalities.
